OUR TECHNOLOGIES
Our company has the advanced continuous casting and rolling units. An annual output of 25.000 tons/year can be reached. We strictly control any of the index of chemical shape, surface, and every aspect of it. They are raw material for foil, sheet, strip, etc.
RE-MELTING FURNACES
2 (Two) units of 20 tons Remelting Furnaces machines. Remelting furnaces are being used to turn prime aluminum ingot into liquid metal.
CASTER
Pure Aluminum Ingots are melted and mixed with other components such as Ferro, Silicon, Manganese, Copper, Silicon, etc. Therefore it will form the desired high quality Aluminum alloy. The aluminum is then cast and rolled into thick coil with maximum. Thickness of 8mm and maximum width of 1800mm.
COLD ROLLING MILL
The thick Aluminum roll is transferred to our Cold Rolling Mill, which is equipped with AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) and AFC (Automatic Flatness Control), and rolled to achieve the closest tolerances required to meet the strict requirements of our customer.
ANNEALING
Our Annealing units are batch type and every unit is equipped with the latest technologies with computerized ATC (Automatic Temperature Control) systems and protective inner gas systems, to ensure the quality of each product.
TENSION LEVELLING LINE
1 (one) unit Tension Levelling Line with cap : 100 tons/day. To ensure that our product meets the highest requirement of flatness and cleanliness, the Aluminum coil is being stretched to have its surface leveled in our Tension Levelling Line.
COLOR COATING
Our Color Coating Line capable of producing 2000 tons/month with maximum width 1220mm. Specialized in various fabrication projects such as license plate, blanking, and punching.
SLITTING LINE
Coil slitting line is specialized shearing equipment which goes through the procedures of uncoiling. Slitting and recoiling to process the wide of aluminum coil into required narrow aluminum strip.
CUT TO LENGTH
Our cut to length machine is suitable for cutting Aluminum into alloy sheets. The line is fitted with a rotary movable shearer, PLC control, providing efficiency, wide cutting range,high accuracy, and convenience for maintenance.
STAMPING MACHINE
With sufficient supporting machinery, as well as reliable professional work , products produced have very good quality.
